Where is my DTC started with the question heard at every bus stop in Delhi — बस कब आएगी? — and the frustration that no existing app answers it honestly. Static timetables pretend buses run on paper schedules. Delhi's buses run in Delhi traffic.
So we're building the live operating system for the city's buses: real GPS positions every 30 seconds, arrival predictions trained on Delhi's actual rhythms and a route explorer that understands the city — all in a free utility app that sips data.
The project is made with chai in Chandigarh, for Delhi's 4M+ daily riders — by a small independent team that rides buses too.
Transit data here comes from publicly published Delhi Transport Corporation open data — static GTFS schedules plus the official OTD realtime GPS feed. Full breakdown on the data sources page.
Where is my DTC is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or acting on behalf of the Delhi Transport Corporation (DTC), DIMTS, or any government body. It is an independent commuter project. DTC and cluster bus data is used from public/open feeds; route and timetable information is provided for passenger convenience and may differ from official records during diversions, breakdowns, or feed outages.
